If i'm not mistaken that is a chinese Ipod knockoff. You will not have much luck finding any firmware updates. One of the reasons they are so cheap is they do not support their products. Gotta luv ebay. The knockoffs are nice because of the price, but, the novelty wears off and you will always wish you bought the real thing, especially when you can go to wal*mart and get the real deal for about $140. Or go with the Creative Zen which imho is far better then the Ipod, and cheaper.
